Where are you physically located?
We offer our services in any European capital city! Most of the time you can physically find us in Cyprus and the Netherlands, which is where we extend our reach to more cities.
Will there be any renovation work involved?
No. The aim here is to work with what you have and optimise the way your possessions fit in your space.
Is one small space something you can take on?
Yes, no job is too small!
Do you provide boxes for packing?
It's possible! It depends on your needs and purpose for packing. A number of regular cardboard boxes and masking tape (also used for labelling) can be included in your package if you mention you need it. Sometimes going through the process reveals that your own luggage, carrier bags or even reusable bags can be sufficient for most of the packing.
Does your packing service include furniture?
No. The packing service applies to light weight items primarily of personal use (like clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, books, kitchenware, pet supplies, etc).
Does the packing service include unpacking or moving?
Yes and no. An unpacking service can be provided if you communicate the new location in advance. The actual transfer (or move) of the packed items is not something we offer yet.
How will my things be chosen for repurposing or recycling?
It is recommended that during any clearing work you are present for the sorting process. The items you confirm you no longer use or need can be sorted separately and donated or recycled as per local regulations. For recycling you may need to register (for free) at your local municipality first.
Why are travelling expenses not included in the price?
Travelling expenses will be charged at cost, so it is difficult to offer a fixed price on this before you share the location of the home.
What does afterlife clearing mean?
This is for when a loved one passes. Having to deal with sorting through their personal items may be too difficult. We can lighten the weight by offering our assisting in this process or even taking it over entirely.Â
How long does this work usually take?
It depends on the size of the space and the quantity of items to organise or pack up. For example a regular sized bedroom can take 3 to 6 hours approximately, which means it can be completed on the same day.
Do you do apartments?
Yes! For decluttering, an elevator should be available.
